The world's oldest alcohol comes from our ancient relationship with honey. Our mead is a celebration of the hard working Sierra Nevada Honey Bees. Beyond their ecological importance, their ability to transform nature into a golden elixir is some sacred alchemy.

Our founders, Jake & Will, met as high school teachers. Their interests in Science, History, & Education expanded out of the classroom and into the community when they decided to open their first meadery!
